[cobalt-security] 404 error messages?

Hey All,

I'm customizing a login (security..) script on a RaQ3, and when it
fails, it returns a "[str.authorizationRequiredNote]", with a triangular
padlock icon next to it?

Does this mean I have something configured wrong?  If this is indeed the
correct form of the standard "404 not found" return, where can I find it
and modify it to my own message, and is this customizable per virtual
site..?
