If you're expecting free support I really can't help you, except to
commiserate.

However, if you're looking for a third-party support option may I
suggest that we do a good job at that, and that we have a rather unique
guarantee: if we can't fix the problem there's no charge.

No, but frankly, I'd welcome it even if it would cut into our business. 
I'd rather we spend our resources helping people with projects outside
the scope of tech support, and rather on new projects.
