Most free ISPs do NOT allow port25 traffic off their network that didn't
originate on their own mailserver. Why? Because then they can't
advertise their free ISP at the bottom of your email.
In fact, MOST ISPs in generall are either blocking all port25 outgoing
traffic off their network that didn't originate on their own mailserver,
or are seriously considering it. Why? Because allowing it makes the
use of Windows-based spam-generators just too easy.
Owning a dialup ISP this is something I'm considering now.
