Sounds like someone has used the password reset button
on the front of the RaQ. You should go to
Users->Administrator and set the password.

For a RaQ.. Buy staqware ;)
Otherwise if you don't need a standby systems. You
can get a second hard drive and set up software RAID.
It can be quite a chore though.
