[cobalt-security] Need to disable Public Site on Qube2

Hello.  We are trying to make the Qube 2 Public Site
totally innaccessible to the public, since it lists
all the users account names & email addresses to other
users & our box is not just Intranet.  The general
cobalt group mentioned an idea to take away the links
to the buttons in the Public Site, though it would
still be accessible via www.domain.com/cobalt/, An
other solution mentioned was to have Apache block all
traffic going to the www.domain.com/coblat/ URL.  How
do you do make apache to do this, since it does not
mention it in my Apache literature, or does anyone
have a wiser alternative?
