BMC patrol HP openview are really good or APC makes the powerchute software
that can do monitoring and is very affordable.

Can anyone recommend the Netsaint product for what it does, or any other
monitoring system that will email to a pager or cellphone if a site/sites go
down?

Does anybody have the Netsaint URL?
