[cobalt-security] SSH not able to Make on Cobalts

Anyone able to run SSH on the Cobalts; we get the following error when
using doing the make part of the installation:

[root@www f-secure-ssh-2.0.13.2]# make
cd . && /var/tmp/f-secure-ssh-2.0.13.2/missing aclocal
WARNING: `aclocal' is missing on your system. It should be needed only
if
         you modified `acinclude.m4' or `configure.in'. You might want
         to install the `Automake' and `Perl' packages. Grab them from
         any GNU archive site.
cd . && /var/tmp/f-secure-ssh-2.0.13.2/missing automake --foreign Makefile
WARNING: `automake' is missing on your system. It should be needed only
if
         you modified `Makefile.am', `acinclude.m4' or `configure.in'.
         You might want to install the `Automake' and `Perl' packages.
         Grab them from any GNU archive site.
cd . && autoconf
FATAL ERROR: Autoconf version 2.13 or higher is required for this script
make: *** [configure] Error 2
[root@www f-secure-ssh-2.0.13.2]#

To fix this problem, is only Autoconf version 2.13 needed to be installed
prior to SSH?
Any tips appreciated.
