I guess it's not really public, but with the Netherlands being the main
office of Cobalt EMEA I believe it's almost as public as ftp.cobaltnet.com.

As for the packages, I've been able to install them on RaQ3 without any
problems. The only caveat I noticed was that you have to install the
SSH-Server first, as it's required by the client package.
