[cobalt-security] poprelay finale

hmm.. i messed around with sendmail for a while tonight, poprelay installs
and upgrades have left sendmail.cf files all over the place.

after restarting sendmail, and poprelay.. and doing some tests, including
this clever one (run from a shell.. no need for root) :

$ telnet relay-test.mail-abuse.org

i think i understand to what extent that sendmail on my raq3 will go to in
terms of checking the origin of the mail, and so on, and feel content that
the poprelay update rpm does a reasonably good job.

i guess from here it's a personal quest, to consider rbl, or blackmail, and
so on.
