[cobalt-security] SFTP on Raq4 as Root?

Greetings,

I've installed the OpenSSH pkg available from cobalt.nl on both a Raq3i &
Raq4i. On the Raq3, I'm able to sftp in as root, but on the 4i it refuses
the connection. (Can sftp in as admin, but not as root.) I've tried it with
both SecureFX and CuteFTP Pro.... same results.

Is there some difference in these machines that would cause this? Both have
are up to date on all Cobalt updates.
