There are already many many sites like this. I have one myself, that
I never get time to update.
So many that Thom started a webring of the sites - you can find a
list here:
http://www.baltimoremd.com/cobaltfacts/
Note that not all of the Cobalt help sites have joined the list (busy
webmasters, after all) and that there are plenty more out there. Just
go to google and type in "cobalt help site" or something like that to
find the rest, or do a search through the archives as people mention
their sites from time to time.
