My question is this:

Doesn't Linux use a completely different file system?? Making windows files
useless on them?? Code Red v2 copys files to c:\ and c:\windows\...........
etc, etc... Now linux mounts the drives differently, doesn't that mean the
work would crap out the moment it tried to access the file system?? Or even
crap out the moment they attempt to run?? I'm a newbie to Linux, but this
just sounds right, am I right or wrong in my assumption here??
