This is a random guess, but it looks as though the swatch service tried to
send you an e-mail about your administrative HTTP daemon (port 81), but had
a problem replacing its e-mail template fields with a meaningful message.
'swatch' runs from cron every 15 minutes to check for services that aren't
running.
