Paul, I'm a Plesk VAR, and I know why I can't install it.
It doesn't work with the Apple kernel, with the Apple default software,
with the Apple authorization schema, or with Apple disk layout.
It's NOT supported by Plesk.
It's precompiled code, not source.
That said, you're welcome to try it.
