The newer RaQ4s have a different format for serial numbers than the older
models and the command listed below will not work on the newer models.
Old format:4G0NAANNNNNNN (e.g.4G08TM1360007)
New format: ANNNNNNN (e.g. S2110159)
It is a known issue that is being worked on.

If /proc/serialnumber doesn't look quite right, try this:
/usr/sbin/cmos -c serialnum
