That depend on so many factors that a generalisation isn't that easy, so your
mileage will differ. My recorded stats for a RaQ3 with 100 sites and 200
users shows an monthly load average of 0.30.
During any given day the load average on that box mostly hovers between 0.05
and 0.90, with a few spikes above 1.00 under momentarily higher load. It goes
up to 9.00 and 12.00 for an hour during the daily logrotates at or around
4:30 a.m.
