Buy a disk from G*ra*d, or you can load the Raq4 OS restore onto a Raq3 box.
We did to ours. Not a single problem except that one server had a 40 gig
drive which messed with us. Fixed by G*ra*d
No, that won't work on a RaQ3....
Good reason to put RaQ4 software on a RaQ3

I never installed it, I converted all my RaQ3 to 4
