Unfortunately not.  On RaQ4 mod_ssl is build as a dynamically loaded
object, but on RaQ3 it's linked into httpd binary.  You'll have to
rebuild apache binary.  Without SRPM at hand, it's quite hard to
duplicate the same build configuration as in Cobalt RPM.
