Subject: [cobalt-security] ssl and 404 error messages
Date: Wed, 9 Oct 2002 14:48:57 +0100
irritating problem:
I used the admin interface to generate a certificate, which I applied to a
site, so that we use the admin interface over https. That worked, although
of course the browser comes up with a warning saying that the cert is not
trusted, which is not a problem.
But now, all 404s and other error pages on any site throw up the same
browser error saying the cert is not trusted.
Anyone know a way I can get my error msgs back to plain http, not https?
Thanks, Julian
