After my Raq 3 got hacked, I ordered the 550 in hopes the increased security
features will prevent this in the future.
Is it recommended to put it behind a hardware firewall, would that cause
problems, or is this unnecessary?
Also, the first box that came in was DOA - the fan sounded like a blow dryer
and the front panel read out was hosed. Sun replaced it in a very timely
fashion and the new box works, but the fan is still very loud. Is this the
norm? Has anybody got any tricks to use to quieten it down a bit?
