[cobalt-security] sendmail attack messages

I have had 4 of these attack message today on my RaQ4i and 1 on one of 
my other mail servers.  The error message appears solely of this with 
no other details:

Truncated MIME Content-Type header due to field size (possible attack)

a brief search of sendmail.org and yahoo did not turn up anything 
specific.  Is this a result of the new sendmail insecurity????  I am 
running the second patch release of 8.10.2 from solarspeed.net on my 
Cobalt 4i systems and 8.12.9 on the rest of my systems.

Can anyone provide any more insight on this or give me a url where I 
can RTFM?
