Any ideas on why this is happening seems to be happening 2twice or
more a day.
More information needed. What's in the mail log (/var/log/maillog) from
about the time of the crash, to start with. I might not have a clue
what's wrong, but this isn't enough to go on.
Any cron jobs running around that time?
