[cobalt-security] Kernel Update 2.0.1 C33 - and mor stage things

Hi 

I hope anyone can help me here.
I have Problems installing the package RaQ4-All-Kernel-2.0.1-2.2.16C33III-1.pkg.
I know its a old patch. but if o try to install it i get thje following message from the webintrerface:
 Problem installing package component: fileutils-4.1-C2glibc2.1.i386.rpm

I got this messege when installing from the bottom to the Top 
and still get it when  I try it now - when having installed so other packages.

is there a Problem if i install insted the next Kernel uopdate?
(RaQ4-All-Kernel-2.0.1-2.2.16C35-III-1.pkg) or will there be a Problem then?

cou;d the missing patch RaQ4-All-Kernel-2.0.1-2.2.16C33III-1.pkg maybe be the cause for the following strage thing that happens about once every month to the mashine:

You can't login over ssh oder the webinterface or anything else ( telnet mashine 22 shos ssh version - thats what still works) 
BUT you can ping the mashine.

If you then pull the plug und boots fine syncs disks for a while and everything is fine for another month.
