RE: [cobalt-security] AOL put me on a SPAM list, help please

I just got off the phone with AOL,
They had a system problem this morning with the 12. range of IP's.
We are in that range. It cleared up around 12:30 eastern.

They said "sorry"

Thanks for your help, This List is GREAT!!!

Hello Chad,

I had problems with my server being able to send to AOL. The problem
turned
out to be my ISP was not allowing my DNS to answer a PTR record
authoritatively for my mail server (I am on a Sprint T-1). This is
common
practice for ISPs. After calling the ISP's NOC and explaining the
problem,
they allowed my DNS server to answer the PTR record authoritatively and
AOL
accepted my mail.

Cheers,
Glenn
