Blocking spam is fine.  But to set your "tweaks" so tight as to block 
customers is asinine.
To consider your business is setting up things like this is very scary to a 
person considering your services.  Allowing customers and potential 
customers to reach you would seem like it would be one of the highest 
priorities of doing business.  That is unless all you are concerned with is 
collecting money, and not providing service that is being purchased.

Zeffe is starting to look more attractive all the time!
