I don't understand your question. I thought we were talking about a Qube.
Samba is already there, I don't change the config so I have not reduced the
security of the server, all I do is configure the Retrospect Service on NT
to use the admin account.
The primary purpose of every Qube / Gateway Microserver I've installed is as
an alternative to an NT Server on a LAN.
