[cobalt-security] URGENT!!

URGENT!!
   I have a Raq2 and I'm having a terrible time getting the sendmail 
utility to work and continue working. I haven't installed anything new or 
updated anything for about a week. I have every update from Cobalt installed 
on the system. For some reason after 10 minutes of working the SMTP server 
stops working. Have no idea why. It takes several sendmail processes in and 
ques them but they never seem to leave the server then after it gets a ton 
of sendmail processes in it stops working. The IMAP and POP3 work fine 
though. Check and unchecking the E-Mail server deosn't work.

I log into Telnet and stop sendmial and I get this response,
shutting down sendmail: sendmail kill: (22548 - no such pid

sometimes there'll be a ton that say now owner.
If I reset it here and then uncheck and recheck the Email server it'll work 
again for another 10 minutes. Rebooting doesn't help. Please help I have a 
ton of upset customers.
