At this point you could even try:
ftp://ftp.nl.cobalt.com/pub/tools/meta-verify.pl
ftp://ftp.nl.cobalt.com/pub/tools/repair_sitemanage.pl
I ran meta-verify, didn't fix my particular problem (duplicates) but it didn't
screw it up any worse either :)
Not sure how much of this is *security* related, you might want to throw it
out @ cobalt-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
