I'm not sure if it really helps, but you might want to give the following URL

Description:
This script has been tested on RaQ4 and RaQ3 only. It should work on RaQ2 
also, though...
The purpose of this script is to rebuild the 
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/siteManage directory if for some reason it's been 
corrupted. It's also great when you are migrating sites from one machine to 
another. It gathers a list of all sites from /home and processes these into 
the siteManage interface. Hope you like it. ;)
