Sure it is, mine is thousands of miles away and I can still console to them. Thats
why you use an OOB router. You telnet to the IP of the OOB router and the virtual
port will be the port that the console is cabled to the router. i.e. If for
example your RaQ is cabled to line 65 of the router, and the routers' IP was
10.2.10.10, you would telnet to 10.2.10.10 2065 and boom you have access. Of
course this requires some configuration on the router side, but that would be a
different thread in a different list ;)
