Thanks to Michael Stauber & John Bailey for the replies
Michael, found an old testenv.pl script in the cgi-bin along with a
formmail.pl that didn't have the #@referers domain specified.
Formmail script updated and the testenv.pl removed :>
John, checked the sendmail.ct and nothing in it see below...
# /etc/mail/sendmail.ct

# Include all the users that are trusted to change the from field
#
