Every 15 minutes, your raq checks if the admin server is still alive by
opening a connection to the SSL port on the admserver, but noth isuing a
request. This is why your raq logs an error. It will do so every 15 minutes.
Check "speaking HTTP" in the user archives, and you'll find the question is
also asked every 15 minutes ;-) I guess a lot of people had enough of it.
