Yes I agree but useful if you have several machines to do just use the
script but alter it to look at an internal machine for its updates then
test the new pkg when its out on a non production machine in the normal
way when happy post to internal update machine and let each server
update itself from that.  That way you don't have to go round each
machine to do the work but you have checked the pkg won't break every
customer in your data centre.

Also the above method means you can offer it to your customers without
them having to give you their password or worry if they change it.

Bluelink has this capability in it but sadly only if you've bought
RaQXTR,Qube or RaQ550 this was done so that ISPs could offer their own
software to customers via BlueLink by configuring all servers with their
own blulink server.
